The Hundred by Nxt45 is a transaction-free event. Everything is included in your ticket price.

Absolutely! We ask that all names of attendees are confirmed within 14 days prior to the event.

We think that The Hundred by Nxt45 is an amazing opportunity to share a unique and magical event with someone you care about. Their minimum age to attend is 18.

Sure. We have 5 allocated tickets for camper vans on a first come, first served basis.

No sorry. Discounts are unique and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Due to the select number of people attending, we offer the following refund arrangements:
Up to 90 days prior to the event - Full refund
Up to 60 days prior to the event - 50% refund
30-59 days prior to the event - 25% refund
0-29 days prior to the event - No refund available (but you may gift your ticket to someone else up to 14 days prior to the event)

Absolutely. We will also have a professional photographer and media team covering the event and will share images with you afterwards via a secure link. Don’t forget to tag us in your posts!

We have amazing hot showers and permanent flushing toilets available.

No sorry. All tickets include a bell tent within the price. This is to ensure that you have the personal space needed to enjoy our magical event.

No sorry. All of our tickets for for the full weekend. You are able to purchase a full ticket but arrive later and/or leave earlier.

Absolutely. We ask that dietary requirements are notified by no later than 14 days prior to the event.

Sure. We hope you’ll be able to make all of the event but understand that life sometimes can get in the way.

The event area includes some gravel paths and uneven grass surfaces which are navigable. We’re on hand to help should you need it.

Your ticket includes everything you need for the event. You have the choice to attend some or all of the speakers, demonstrations and experiences. We understand that for some enjoying a bit of peace and quiet is all part of the weekend and we have factored in time to do this and to network and talk with others.

Not at all. There are two group exercise sessions held each morning before breakfast. Both sessions cater for all abilities and are set within the historic castle walls. The sessions are about working together and supporting others, not your ability to do more.

Yes. We are able to offer electric charging points for phones and small electronic devices. There are no electric charge points for vehicles.

Just you, a willingness to get involved and the clothes on your back! A full kit list will be sent to you prior to the event.

We have a comprehensive wet weather contingency. Being in nature is all part of the magic….rain never stops play at The Hundred!
